Hello, I’m having trouble saving initial configuration.

This is for a subsite of a multisite WordPress 5.2.3
    Running PHP 7.3.9
Zoho mail plugin version 1.3.6 activated on a site-by-site basis (i.e. not network activated)

I’ve used the plugin before successfully with same account, but the site was stand-alone, not a subsite.

I enter all the information, and when I click Authorize the form resets to initial state without error messages of any sort.

Al information captured is correct, checked a dozen times, even created a new client id / secret to no avail; even tried using the exact same email address of the subsite’s admin.

    Thanks in advance.

Please share the screenshot of the configuration page to support<AT>zohomail<DOT>com. We will test the use case and will get back to you with a potential resolution.

Hello I was able to find the issue. Posting as this my help someone in the future.

It turned out that for some reason, the subsite was not giving enough privileges to the site admin user, and realized it when I noticed the Plugins menu item was missing from the menu bar.

So I logged in as the network admin, added the user to the subsite and then I could successfully configure the Zoho mail plugin (and see the Plugins menu item)

    Thank you
