Can’t save images when editing product

  • Getting the following message:

    “The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.

    If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, contact your host support team and provide detailed instructions how to recreate this error.
    They will be able to assist you with rectifying the problem and adjusting the security configuration if needed.”

    This occurs when trying to add an image for a new product or when I try only to edit a created product, I used the media >> add new from WordPress and works ok, if I try to add an image I need for a post works ok, same for the theme, this only happened when I try to edit an image for a created product using the plugin.

    Please advice!

    Hi Moraima,

    The message you’re getting isn’t text that’s created by the plugin. Do you have any kind of special hosting or a permissions plugin installed on your site?
