Can't save hashtags

Under Settings, it does not allow me to Save YES (with hashtag values) for “Display Following Hashtag Values”. It constantly reverts back to default NO value.
I am using WP Vsn 3.4.2. and Version 0.0.20 of your plugin on SwansonWines.com
