Can't save general setting, Can't use widgets

  • Hi Cunjo,
    I’m having problems with this new version of your plugin, which is the fact that I can’t save my general settings or use the widgets.
    Each time I click on ‘save general settings’ or ‘activate’, nothing happens. The only section I was able to use was the Anaytics.
    I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin all to no avail. I even tried registering a new account and still, nada.
    What seems to be the problem? I’m using 3.6 version of wordpress.

  • Quit working for me too. I am on iPad Mini Safari browser.
    It worked before, loaded slow, but it worked.

    The plugin immediately stops my admin page load once activated. However, I managed to load the general settings and the console showed this message in red:

    Failed to load resource https://www.entmania.comjquery-ui/?ver=3.6
    5
    Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on button prior to initialization; attempte

    When I tried to reload the page, I got this message:

    Error establishing a database connection
    This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
    Are you sure that the database server is running?
    If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

    All these disappear once I disable the plugin.

    @ea1958 did you disabled the plugin? I can’t see any of our code on your website.

    @obitexa we do not have any https://www.entmania.comjquery-ui/?ver=3.6 in our plugin, that error must be caused by other plugin. We did some bug fixing and increased the speed of the plugin execution. Can you try to update the plugin to version 2.0.3 and see that helps?

    Sorry Cunjo… it caused me to revisit my share plugin, and I just picked the leader from https://plugintable.com/
    I get through with an iOS App update and I’ll try yours again.

    I’ve updated the plugin, still no change. Also tried to debug but found these errors on the General settings page:
