Can’t Save for other user administrators

Hello,

I am is a user with role as Administrator in my website, and the first user in database.

Everthing is working when I logged in as first Administrator.

But, when logged in as other user Administrator the change made of slider can’t save. The Save button just show the spinning icon.

And if I check the slider in front-end, it is not change.
