Can’t save dropdown variations option

    Hello, I can’t seem to make “display variations as dropdown” work. When I select it, hit save attributes and then update the post it just resets to being unchecked. Am I doing anything wrong?

  • Your theme is v3.5 but you need v3.6.4 for WC3.1 compatibility. See the changelog:

    I can’t say whether updating your theme will fix this problem but its the next step to try.

    If you still have the problem, deactivate all other plugins and check. Does it work now? If so, reactivate one-by-one to try to identify the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Hi, thanks for your reply, my theme is Claue though but thanks for letting me know that it can be a theme issue, I’ll contact the support.

    I don’t know where I got porto from. Perhaps that was someone else’s answer! Please post a link to your site.
