can’t save drafts or see preview

  • I am trying to create a page and when saving draft it comes up with a red bar “Update Failed, you are probably offline” also when wanting to preview it opens in a new window and the address bar says about blank and it shows no preview, just keeps spinning.
    I already had godaddy restart server ( managed wordpress ) no change.
    diabled plugins no change.
    did updates no change.
