I have set the default layout to 2 columns with the sidebar on the right – though I don’t think is relevant. I tried setting the layout so that the content is 9 cols & the sidebar 3 but it won’t save. This is also the case with the 3 column width options. All other settings seem to save OK.

@alibellerby, was there any error message when you tried to save the settings? Did the Customizer button change from “Save & publish” to “Saved”?

No error message and the Customizer button didn’t change – Save & Publish stays highlighted & if I exit the Customizer I get a message saying “This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave – data you have entered may not be saved”. Originally I couldn’t change the container width either but now everything saves fine except for the column width (2 & 3). I do have this working on another installation…

I increased the memory as I started getting Fatal errors – memory exhausted – which might have fixed the container width error but the other one persists!

This could be a plugin conflict. Can you try turning off the plugins one by one to see if any of them is causing a conflict?

I have tried this again with a fresh WordPress installation, no plugins & just one child site with a nearly empty stylesheet. I have added some pages and a menu & removed all the widgets from the sidebar. Still unable to save the columns width with either the main Graphene theme or the child theme active.

I’m also having problems with changing the menu colour… I can’t change the active text colour to white (or default).

I have updated the version of PHP being used to 5.6 & it’s now working.
