In Page Builder after making the changes I hit save. Then at Publish I hit Update. If I choose preview, my changes are definitely there. Yet when I go to my website the changes are not there.

I tried deactivating all my plugins and going back to Page Builder and hitting save and update again to no avail. I have the latest WordPress 4.3.1. Please tell me how I can do this.

I’m new to WordPress. An SEO company put my website together, but this is the first time I’ve tried to make any changes.

    No problem ??

You can re-install W3 Total Cache when this matter is resolved.

Elegant Themes bundle their own Page Builder within Divi. That’s my understanding. That’s why it doesn’t show up on your plugins list.

Divi is a premium theme so I recommend reaching out to their support team:

They’re in the best position to assist with their products. Apologies for the delay caused. I only realised you weren’t using SiteOrigin Page Builder quite late in the thread.

    Hope you’re able to resolve.

    Here’s the solution

The W3 Cache plugin boosts speed performance. Don’t need – leave it deleted.

Click on the page to edit, look below at the
    “revisions”
see different dates i made changes
    click on 8/12 15
click on – restore this revision
    hit publish – “update”

This is like an undo button. I restored the page to an earlier version.
Now make any changes in text or visual mode, but never hit save while in the text mode or it will lose the formatting (Divi bug)
after hitting save, choose publish – update

Super, thanks for the update. Glad to hear you’ve made progress.
