Can’t save changes on homepage

Hello, I can’t save the page changes at the home page, however I can do it with the rest of the pages of the site. I use Visual Composer, I’ve contacted them and they told me to contact you, because the have changed to other theme and they could save.
They answer the following:

However, when we try accessing the homepage: https://centrospsicologiaysalud.es/ for editing, the pre-loader from the page keeps loading: https://prnt.sc/1xk7lzd
Can you please confirm whether the issue is persisting on homepage and if so, how can we check its existing layout without a pre-loader?

In this case, we recommend you contact your theme author so they can investigate which lines of code that causing the issues.
