• I am using WordPress 5.8.2 and WPBakery Page Builder 6.7, but am unable to save changes in WPBakery Builder. I click the button but nothing happens.

I HAVE tested it and had the same results using a basic theme (Twenty Twenty-One).

I HAVE Googled for fixes and HAVE installed and enabled Enable jQuery Migrate Helper. It did not fix the problem.

I did test jQuery Migrate in both WordPress Default and Legacy 1.12.4-wp versions. Neither made a difference.

I did try clearing the cache AND testing it in incognito mode, but neither made a difference.

Any resolution to this issue for those of us for whom the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper fix doesn’t help?

    Thanks.

You’re using a commercial/premium plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

The theme builder says “it isn’t a wpbakery or theme issue. It’s your WordPress files conflicting with the wpbakery so please check with wp support forums to make it work.”

WP says it’s the plugins fault.

The plugin says it’s a WordPress issue since it started after one of their updates that impacted jquery.

How is a person supposed to actually fix the issue if everyone says it is another person’s fault?

Your theme builder may be right, but if the error occurs ONLY when using WPBakery, then they (wpb) need to look into it. Do things work normally with WPB disabled?

Are there any error messages in the debug log or in the browser error console?
