• My client informed me last night that they cannot save bookings. I confirmed the same this morning. Something must have changed because I see others having the same problems. What’s going on? This is causing major headaches for my client.

    Solution for saving problem !

    Switch off your firewall in your server.

    Hi there,

    I get an error in the console that state a 403 Forbidden error so the server doesn’t let the access to the plugins AJAX call therefor the plugin cannot save anything. This can be fixed either by contacting your hosting company about this issue and they will help you out with this, or if you have any Security/Firewall plugin installed set it up to white label the plugin.

    This has been working fine up to yesterday and I’m not getting any errors. Also don’t have a firewall plugin. I’ve emailed support and await their response.

    Hi, we just replied to your email. We want to see what’s going on. We’re not allowed to support the Premium version via these forums, so we’ll handle the rest via email!
