Your installation URL should be like…

https://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin/install.php

and *not*, https://yourdomainname.com/wp-config/install.php

Or simply enter https://yourdomainname.com in the browser that should redirect you to the correct URL.

i have a godaddy domain and it redirects me to a cached copy of my instantpage website i deleted a few days ago?

it’s not different to the original question,and the wp-admin/install.php thing didn’t work either

Do you still the issue with your domain/s?

Have you changed hosting recently or are you hosting your site for the first time since you purchased the domain name? If yes, have you set up the correct name servers for your domain?

i’ve changed the nameservers to the domain.
