Can't run install script

  • Ive uploaded my files into cpanel. They are all in the root folder, everything looks normal (from previous uploads) but I cant run the install script to get started.

    I get this error message – An error occured retreiving bizcard information: Could not find domain soundradiology.com.au/wp-amin/install.php

    I have purchased hosting with Hostgator and am using cpanel.

    Ive double checked my database u/n & p/w and they are correct.

    what am I doing wrong??

    This link tells me how to install through fantastico de lux. Ive already installed wordpress. the files are sitting in my root folder.

    I just cant access the public site to register a user name, site description etc and access the dashboard.

    Surely there is a simple solution right? Im getting desperate ??

    You might have put the files in the wrong folder. Check with your hosts.

    I just checked your site. The problem lies with the site registration. The domain is showing itself as parked. The nameservers are probably not set up correctly as you might have different domain name host and web host.

    Or if the domain was transferred, the name servers shall direct it to your webhosting account. Thereafter, the files will start showing.
