hmm, when the error happens? Could you take a screenshot where the error happens and give it to me?
Do you update BackWPUp to latest 3.5.1 version?

The problem may because of your server has some restriction about using absolute path.
Please try to change it to relative path like uploads/backwpup-35d3a1-logs/
and try again.
