I have migrated two websites to Siteground and I can’t seem to use Wordfence anymore.

I have lots of other sites on Siteground that use Wordfence without an issue and I can’t seem to find what could be causing it with these two sites.

Here’s my log after running a scan with debugging mode turned on and changing max executions to 20 as per the advice to this person who had a similar issue a while back but got a much better level of service from Siteground.

I am getting the error Scan process ended after forking.

I have checked that htaccess isn’t blocking wp-admin, I have checked the IP of the server isn’t blocked and made sure memcache is turned off as per this advice https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/#scan-process-ended-after-forking

This issue is the same on the two sites I migrated.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Also, I have already used the Healthcheck & Troubleshooter and switched all plugins off and to the default theme to rule out any conflicts there.

I kept on at Siteground and they found their engineers needed to do a DNS cache flush.

It seems to be working normally again now.
