Can't retrieve Password using any www.remarpro.com means

I can’t remember my password. I’ve looked at all the options as indicated on the www.remarpro.com site for resetting the password, and I am NOT back-end computer savvy, because I did not set up my www.remarpro.com site, to begin with.

I used 2 different tech geeks to help me set up the blog. I do not have contact with any of them now, because they are not answering my emails.

I tried to reset my password, and the name that showed up was the admin name of one of the geeks. Which means that the ‘password reset email’ sent by www.remarpro.com and activated by me, each time, is not going to my personal email, but their personal email!

How can I reset the password with my limited computer skills?
