I receive this message when I try to restore Updraftplus below. I deactivated it while trying to test the updraftplus to see if it was messing up jetpack. I reactivated updraft plus and it now gives me the message below when I try to restore the site before I deactivated any plug ins. Help please!

Ok thank you I’ll try that if I need to restore. I do save the backups to dropbox.
Quick question, it sounds like I have to deactivate WP Fastest Cache each time I do a backup w/ Updraftplus. Is that correct? Is there a different cache plug in I should use that won’t create problems with updraft?

Also, here is a link to the backed up files in Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5pbgvcwkzq6u0ym/AAA8ENMr152ORcWXFraCM_vaa?dl=0

Unfortunately, UpdraftPlus is not able to run a back up. So frustrating!

    Hi,

Apologies for the delay, it seems that the forums buried the thread.

I would recommend removing the link to the backup location in your posts.

Please could you send us a copy of the backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

THANK YOU! I’ve asked wordpress to edit that for me since I don’t have the ability it seems.

Here is the back up. https://pastebin.com/P6JPsqWe

Sorry, the backup is the unsuccessful one.

Here is the last successful back up: https://pastebin.com/QW6ph5Zi

Seems like your team is unable to provide a solution… It’s still not backing up ANYTHING.

    Hi,

The unsuccessful log indicates that Dropbox is sending back an error, saying that your App folder in Dropbox is invalid. Did you delete the Dropbox folder, or something like that?

To confirm that the problem is with your Dropbox account, can you send the backup to a different Dropbox account, and see what happens? (You’ll need to log in in your web browser to a different account at dropbox.com).

    David
