    Hello. I can’t restore a backup because it gives me this error:

    Error: Could not find manifest in backup, file may be broken

    I’ve tried to extract and make a new zip, with i did successfully. And now, i’m trying to upload the backup. I cant upload in the plugin, so i did upload on the file manager BUT it doesnt show on the list after i refresh!! So how can i backup this file?… thanks

    Hello @joanasantinhos ,

    Firstly please note: backup file has to be created by Backup Migration plugin. Backups from different plugins are never compatible inbetween.

    The information that you provided might be insufficient. However, based on just that:

    If the zip file was successfully unpacked on your local machine, and if it did contain the critical manifest file, it means that it is a healthy backup file.

    Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”.

    You can also upload the backup file manually, to the destination specified in the plugin section “Where shall the backup be stored”, and then hit refresh button on “Manage & Restore Backups”, and backup should appear in the list.

    If you still experience problems, please send us a debug log by navigating to: Troubleshooting section > Check advanced options and click on button:
