    I am having a problem responding to tickets. I was able to get it set up but I am not sure how to respond to a ticket when it comes through. I have tried to ‘add comment’ but that doesnt send a reply… I have tried to add a message below the original question and update the page but that didnt work either.

    Can you help me to figure this out?

    When someone opens a ticket, it sends a message to admin. Users do not get a message when you comment on their tickets. These features are available in premium editions.
