• Problem with WP-SMS Pro
    The plugin is not sending woocommerce order SMS to the uwaziimobile gateway. When I try to send a message, error is “Can’t resolve the customer mobile number.”

    I sent a message on WP-SMS website contact form, 3 days and no response.

    Sorry for the late reply, I’ll review your ticket myself asap.

    In the case of the issue, the error indicates the order doesn’t have the mobile number, so please go to SMS > Settings > WooCommerce and make sure “Choose the Mobile field” is on “Use the Billing Phone field”

    I appreciate you writing back.

    That option is on, it has always been on and I did not change any setting. The issue is on 3 fronts:

    1. None of the woocommerce order automated SMSs gets sent, that is, they are not received on the gateways dashboard.

    2. If I go to SMS>>Send sms and send a message, the plugin notifies me that Successfully send SMS! but I do not see the text message on the gateway nor receive the text message on the phone.

    3. If I add a woocommerce order note and select to Send SMS , the plugin notifies me that “Can’t resolve the customer mobile number.”

    It is worth noting that the gateway had an ssl issue on the day I noticed these problems. When the gateway publisher confirmed that they had resolved the issue, I updated the plugins hoping everything to go back to normal but the problem is still there.
