Can't resize pop-up window in IE?

Hi there. Our organization has been using your plugin (thank you!) for a while now and one of our members just pointed out that she couldn’t see to the bottom of the form. We have the popup defined with a height of 900px to show all the fields. We have some older members using IE that have a very low screen resolution, apparently. Chrome and Firefox will easily resize the window by grabbing the side or bottom and changing the window size but in IE the size is fixed, it seems. So even though the scroll bar works, in IE it doesn’t matter.
The only solution I can make is to make the popup box small enough so that it will fit in any resolution (like 500px height) but that means that everyone on a larger screen will always have to scroll to fill out the form. Does that make sense? The site is https://www.eastmoreland.org and you can click on the “Join our Mailing List” link to see the pop-up form. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
