I’m trying to reset all the like counts, but even if I press the “Reset All Counts” button in the Dashboard, I am taken to this url: (my website url)/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=WtiLikePostAdminMenu and my website displays a NOT FOUND message saying that (my website url)/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=WtiLikePostAdminMenu does not exist.
I tried resetting like counts for individual posts, but that takes me to this same error page.
I also tried deleting the plugin folder and re-installing it, but I still retain everything.

Is there a fix for this?

This seems to be a very strange issue and reported for the very first time. I suspect your wordpress setting is bit different than the traditional set up. Otherwise the above url should be working fine.

If you can modify the wti_like_post.php file, then please open this file.

    – Search for form tag with name as “most_liked_posts”.
    – Remove the action attribute from the above matching form tag.

Please let me know if this fixed the issue or not.

    Thanks
