    If you have their managed WP hosting, this is likely a caching issue. Have them exclude TML’s pages from the cache.

    I don’t know if I need to have a page /resetpass. I don’t have it. How can I create it?

    Please, need to solve this! :/

    How do I do this? I use w3 total cache and already insert the lostpassword on the ‘exclude’ field.

    The plugin created all of the pages it needed upon activation. Did you delete them?
