Cant reset keys

    hello there.
    apparently i input the wrong key(s)(?) and plugin cannot connect. however, pressing the reset button does nothing..

    this shows up in the “backup” section > bucket name:

    i tried to connect without creating a bucket first, i dont know if that could have triggered this error.
    it is a dreampress site. varnish active.

    Uninstall the plugin. It should wipe it out. I’m not sure why the reset isn’t working and I’ll dig into that and see if I can suss out why.

    Connecting without a bucket should not have thrown that issue.

    nope. that didnt work. i thought id go into phpmyadmin and delete them keys over there.. but havent had the time =/

    The uninstall does delete the keys (it did in my test) so I wonder if there’s something else going on that’s stopping it.

    What other plugins are you running?

    ugh… lots of them.
    unfortunately this is a live site– i cant go disabling/enabling plugins at will– have to find a low traffic time and even so.. it may get messy. any ideas?

    Basically anything that messes with the DB.

    Do you have object-cache on? Look in your Plugins page under ‘drop ins’?

    alright. uninstalling wp-optimize allowed me to reset the keys. but the error persists :[

    the lock out was a dreampress memcache issue after the wp update. the guys worked it out =)

    huh. guess what. [apparently] i have to create the key *after* a bucket is created for it to work –oo fancy that. now onto it.
