Can’t reply back to sender’s email, only replies back to my administer email

Whenever I try to submit a form using another email address, after I receive it in zoho mail, when I try to reply back to that email address, it only replies using my email address and not the sender’s email address which results in me receiving the reply back and not the sender.
Under additional headers in the mail settings I already have it set to:
Reply-To: [your-email]
Please help.
