Can’t reorder Team members

I need to add more team members to our page and they need to go to the bottom. When I add them they go to the top and there is no way to reorder them.

I installed this patch and it still does not have a way for me to reorder team members:

In Team editor, click on Collapse all. Then use the up and down arrows to change the display order?
