can’t reorder images in gallery

I’ve done this hundreds of times, but it’s just not working today. I cannot drag to reorder images in a gallery (tiled columns layout). I was able to move one image, but that’s it. I’ve tried in two different browsers with no luck. Not sure if it’s the latest WordPress update or my client’s host (dreamhost). Everything is up to date on the site. Thanks!
