Cant REMOVE this plugin

    I’ve installed it, tested it and decided not to use it.

    I’m now trying to remove it for hours!! It keeps sending the greeting message to the users, always says Powered by mobileMonkey on the messenger chats!

    I’ve went to the apps, maintenance, disconnected the page and this never gets away.

    What else can I do? I’ve added and removed pages a lot of times.

    I’ve also removed it from my facebook apps, don’t know what else to do!

    What info do you need from me?

    Please mention Facebook pages ID (not user id) or send a link to the page
    And also provide a link to the website, you can edit your first message to put link to website privately

    Here is the case, the page was disconnected with failed token. Because of it traces such as Get Started menu and link ar left.
    Here is what you need to do:

    1. Connect page again to the plugin or to https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
    2. Then on https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ go to Settings -> Maintenance -> Refresh Connection with Facebook
    3. After page is connected, Disconnect it via web app Settings -> Maintenance -> Disconnect page
    This should remove all traces

    1- Went to the app and connected.
    2 – Refreshed connection, it was saying “OK”.
    3 – Disconnected page.

    All remains the same.

    I see that you had 3 pages connected, can you please repeat steps but connect only page 139548839580638.

    Hi, @juliodavid
    If Powered by MobileMonkey was not remove with page disconnection it means that page had failed token.
    To remove it, you need to connect the page again to WP-Chatbot Plugin and then disconnect again.
    Let me know if that helped

    Hi guys, it’s been so long but I never managed to KILL this Powered By MobileMonkey thing. Is there a way you can permanently kill it? I keep disconnecting and nothing happens.

    My account on facebook uses global pages, maybe that’s why it doesnt disconnect.

    Yes, I can kill the menu but I need this page to be connected to the plugin

    Can you please open https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ and connect pages through this
