Can’t remove the plugin, not showing in plugin

So I wanted to reinstall the plugin but it kept giving me the error that the directory map already existed so I went to my host site and tried to remove it with their file manager but it kept saying that the server is not reacting to the file manager so I opened up my FTP to try it there but FTP doens’t want to remove the folder for All-in-one migration at all.
