• In trying to make a new website, using WordPress 4.8, the Shopkeeper theme, as well as the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin, the words “The Page Builder” appear just to the right of my logo in the header. Obviously, I would like to remove them, but I can’t find where/how to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Chances are that this is contained in one of the theme’s files. You can override it by creating a child theme (which we can help you with here), but for specifics about the Shopkeeper theme, you’ll need to contact the theme vendor. We can’t provide support for commercial themes here.

Hi kjodle, thanks for the reply. Well, I guess that I should’ve mentioned that I am already using a Shopkeeper child theme.

So you’re saying that I should contact the Shopkeeper support team?

    Hi, @rayzen1

As you use a commercial theme Shopkeeper theme and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums. You are their user; I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Thanks.
