Can’t remove the block feature

Hi

I don’t know how it occurred but whenever I try to make a new post, I’m in block mode.

There’s an icon to add a block but not to remove one. And nothing to deactivate the feature

There now seems to be no way to post a link in my post and edit it to add text. (only the url )
