Cant remove site navgation from the header

You need to give a URL to your site so that we can see. That would make life easier.

Try looking for and removing <?php wp_list_pages();?> in header.php.

it writes me You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information. what is this file and how do i make him writable?
