Can't remove redirection

Hello,

I tried to setup a redirection on my website and it didn’t work as I wanted so I disabled the plugin. Now I still get a 301 redirection, even though no redirection is set.

Here is what I did:
I tried redirecting /subfolder/(.*) to /subfolder/ which caused a redirect loop
Then I redirected /subfolder/ and /subfolder/(.*) to / which worked as intended.
After I disabled the plugin accessing /subfolder/ still redirects me to /

Clearing cache didn’t work. What can I do now?

Also, is it possible to redirect all links that begin with domain.com/subfolder/ to redirect to domain.com/subfolder/index.php?
