Can’t remove product from feed

    I do not want to have certain products, which have only been temporarily created as a special offer for a limited time, in the feed.
    I had set the corresponding product from published to draft, which did not help. Now I have created a filter with product id contains and the product is still present in the feed. Even after refreshing the feed several times. What could be the problem here?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    I suspect your product feed might not be updating. Can you share the following with us:

    1. The product feed URL it concerns;
    2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve it: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
