Can't remove 'Log In' Menu Item

Hello and thanks for taking a look at this issue. I have a website that I am finishing up for a residential community. I had tried a plugin to add a “Log In” menu item to the main menu, which as you know is not a native function to WP. I later realized that I didn’t want to offer wp-login access at all, but rather use Ultimate Member to handle log-in’s and new user registration, so I disabled this third-party plugin.

Now I still have the “Log In” menu item shown in the main menu even long after disabling and deleting the plugin that created it. When attempting to edit the menu, this item is not shown in the main menu structure. I cannot figure out where to delete it. Please help!
