Can't remove categorie from slug

Hi,

thanks for your feedback, actually in this plugin, I planned to allow to change only the slugs (the last part of permalink) in posts, pages & custom post types & categories, tags, custom taxonomies.

Anyway, in 0.3 version I will add another section where permalink structure for each post type could be changed. Thanks to this, the whole permalink will be editable.

Hi onirgoc,

the missing functionality you mentioned is added and now the permalink base (permastructure) can be edited for each post type.

Please note that pages (by default) uses the same rewrite rule and therefore I do not recommend to remove the front eg. “mycategory” or “mynews” completely from permastructure.

I insatlled a new plugin .
I removed all custom post type using Permlink manager
I am not able to remove category or tag .
Suggest which setting for removing category or tag

Have you already change permastructures for all post types you want to change permalinks for?

If yes, please note that permastructure settings will be applied only to new posts, if you would like to update the permalinks, you need to reset the permalinks in “Tools -> Regenerate/Reset” (“Full URI” mode).
