Can’t register to get Auto Update Key and problem with active filters labelsh

I have two problems. Firstly, I’ve tried several times to register on your website to obtain the auto update key for the plugin but I don’t receive the email with the password. What can I do to get registered?

Secondly, when filtering with metabox or by product taxonomy, the labe showing on the active filters is pulled from somewhere with for example “Product cat:” or “_weight”, instead of the filter title or otherwise controllable lable. How to fix this? Please see the screenshot.
