Can't Register Pro

  • I’ve been trying to use YARPP Pro for about a week and cannot get it to work. The system will not register me. I get an Error message in red that says to contact you.

    I signed up, but then the error happened. Now I can’t sign up (I tried a 2nd account with the same results) and requesting a new password says the account doesn’t exist. If I try to sign up with that username I’m told it already exists.

    Is this product still supported?

    I’m starting to think we have an orphaned product here.

    The author has not posted in a year and the plugin hasn’t been touched in seven months. The YARPP website has some issues that are clearly in need of work to be really useful and no e-mail is getting returned.

    Anyone know otherwise? I’d just prefer to find a solution (and would pay for it) that’s actively supported.
