Can’t Register for forum

    Hi @nangttt,
    Some plugin or some configuration conflicts with wpForo user registration process. It seems you’ve hidden the /wp-admin/ and wp-login.php file and this doesn’t work with wpForo. I think you’ve moved made some change in WordPress directories and the regular location of files. In any case your WordPress installation is not regular, something wrong with it and your WordPress has become incompatible with wpForo user registration form.

    I recommend switch wpForo registration and login pages to BuddyPress. I see you have that options here: https://www.sunnexproducts.com/my-account/

    So, just navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Members Tab, put the same URL path (/my-account/) into the “Custom Authorization URLs” setting fields:

    • Login URL: /my-account/
    • Register URL: /my-account/

    Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features Tab and disable the following options:

    • Replace Registration Page URL to Forum Registration Page URL
    • Replace Login Page URL to Forum Login Page URL
    • Replace Reset Password Page URL to Forum Reset Password Page URL
