Can’t refund orders

    Error message received when refunding an order:
    “An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API”
    What could this be?

    That can mean there’s an issue with your stripe credentials and how your site talks to Stripe.

    Could you please respond with a copy of your Status Report?
