Can’t refund order in test or live

    If i try to refund a processed order in either test or live I get this error:An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.
    I am running WP 5.4.1, Woo 4.1.1 and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 4.4.0. I have Log debug messages on but there are no error messages. Tried reinstalling API keys and turned on all webhook events.

  • Have the same issue, but I just get a popup saying “Error processing refund. Please try again.” No console erorrs, nothing in woo logs, nothing on stripe logs.

    If either of you are still seeing this same issue, it may require a bit of debugging in confidential information. Can you both please create a ticket on WooCommerce.com? Please include a link to this forum thread.
