CAN’T REFUND

    Hi, there.

    There is the problem that the order can’t be refunded. Some orders when i click the button”Refund”, there is no “refund 0.00$ via woocommerce payments”, and how can i do next.

    And i also created a ticket, but,it seems nodody.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I understand you are unable to see the refund button for some orders.

    This is a known (but rare) issue we have been tracking here: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-payments/issues/3857

    The good news is that our developers think they have a fix in place, but it won’t be released until WooCommerce Payments 4.1.0, which is slated for May 4th 2022.

    Hi there!

    The bug that caused this issue is fixed now.

    WooCommerce Payments version 4.1.0 containing this fix will be released today. I’d suggest keeping an eye on the plugin’s home page here.

    Once it is released, you can update it by going to WP Admin > Plugins.

    You should be able to refund the order after updating the plugin.
