Cant recover Password

  • Hello,

    I have my username correct, but I can’t get the password recovery tool to send me the password. It usually sends an email almost instantly, but its been nearly 30 minutes now and no email, not sure what is going on.

    I didn’t think I had the wrong password in the first place either, so I’m kinda stumped whats going on. Either I should be able to enter my email and it will send me the new password or the old should work.

    Any suggestions?
