Can’t recover account

    We have a charge on our church credit statement for Jetpack, but we’re unable to recover our Jetpack account. It’s not connected in WP admin. There seems to be no way of recovering the account information. This is not a wordpress.com site, it is hosted on BlueHost.

    Please help!
