Cant recevie emails for user activation

  • Hi

    After setup, I was testing whether a new user who is trying to register receives the emails or not? like activation email, I tested with two different emails of mine, but both times I didnt receive any email from Remember plugin! I have SendGrid as SMTP provider with WP SMTP Plugin activated, I am receiving other emails just fine for popup emails and Newsletter plugin which uses the same SMTP settings?

    Hi @exactprobiorg,

    Can you please check your email settings in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails tab.
    Make sure that the activation email is enabled. Please clarify what “Remember” plugin are you referring to? Do you use a child theme? Make sure that it is possible to save the email template to your theme’s folder.

    Thanks, seems it was a problem with SMTP service I had used!
    Another issue is the score of GT matrix has gone down for the speed after UM plugin being operational on my website? are there known issues with your plugin and website speed going down? kindly share some tips to improve the speed, here is the link to GT Metrix results. I used to have 97 PS and YS 94
