Can’t receive debit card payment

    We are a NFP organization and accept donation from donors. Recently, our donors told us, they have difficulty to make payment with their debit card. We don’t know if it is website problem or the bank problem. We use Stripe + Plaint and Stripe – Credit Card. How can we fix the problem? Thanks
