Can’t reach author — bought PRO version and have never received it

  • I’ve tried emailing the author directly on multiple occasions. I’ve used the author’s contact page. I’ve reached out to the order processor.

    Ordered the pro version *SIX WEEKS AGO* and I still don’t have it.

    Next step will be to contact my credit card company and have them reverse the charge.

    Finally tally: 3 emails to the author. 2 submissions through the developer’s website’s contact page. 2 emails to 2co.com, the credit card processor.

    Final Response Score: Zero. Nada. Nothing.

    Would have much rather have had the software than the $83.00 credited back to my account, but alas, it is what it is. (Yes, the money has been credited back to my account, which means it’ll be coming out of YOUR pocket before too long.)

    I’ll continue to use the free version as it does a fine job. The pro version (does it even exist?) would have done some really cool things, but I’ll never know.

    I appreciate you posting this. The plugin broke today (seems the YT API possibly changed) and I was considering buying the pro version in the hopes I could contact support to request they fix it. We are abandoning this plugin and finding something else.

    I checked. All of my installations of the free version are still working fine. But never did hear from the author. It’s a shame.

    Give these guys a try. I always liked their YT plugin:
