    Hi
We use mailpoet for a client of ours, I couldn’t send emails by mailpoet anymore (it worked before but can’t seem to figure out what goes wrong, can’t send testmails, can’t send newsletters, while the alert will say ” mail has been send”).
So i tried uninstalled and reinstall mailpoet.

First I tried to just remove the plugin and download it again from the wordpress admin panel. Then I still couldn’t send emails.

After that I tried to really uninstall it by removing the database tables by hand and after that i tried useing the unstall wysija plugin from: https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/instructions-to-completely-uninstall-wysija/

With the last two options I can send a testmail but I get the folowing error (in dutch):
    Update to MailPoet-version “2.1.6” failed.

    Table 'DBNAME.wp_wysija_user_list' doesn't exist (UPDATEwp_wysija_user_listas A inner joinwp_wysija_useras B on (A.user_id= B.user_id) set A.sub_date= B.created_at where A.sub_date=0 and A.unsub_date=0 and B.status>-1;)

It seems like none of the wysija db tables are created except
    wp_wysija_custom_field

    How can I fix this?

Found a button in advanced settings: Reinstall from scratch
