Can't re-activate the plugin – 404 error

  • Hello,
    I can not re-activate the plugin. Activation bring me to a 404 error page.

    I’ve try with all plugins desactivate and still have a 404 error.
    I’ve also re-installed the WordPress SEO file backup in plugin wordpress file through FTP but it still not activate.

    I afraid to loose all my SEO settings.
    Please advise.
